The Conference is now well established as a key forum for discussion on the global development of the game.
Operating under the umbrella of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the Conference was organized by Dubai Sports Council under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and President of the Dubai Sports Council.
The first Conference was held in 2006, and ever since it has grown on its remit to bring together the top leaders in all areas of football including chairmen, directors, referees, agents, players, and coaches for two days of workshops and presentations, organized around a theme. This provides a unique opportunity for all participants to share their combined expertise and experience.
